1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our Android development services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Development Services

We provide professional Android application development services. Each project's scope, deliverables, and timeline will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

2.1 Project Scope

Each project will have a clearly defined scope, including features, functionality, and deliverables. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect the project timeline and cost.

2.2 Development Process

We follow industry-standard development practices and methodologies. Regular updates and progress reports will be provided throughout the development process.

2.3 Testing & Quality Assurance

All applications undergo thorough testing and quality assurance procedures before delivery. We ensure compliance with Google Play Store guidelines and best practices.

2.4 Play Store Deployment

We can assist with Play Store deployment and setup. You are responsible for maintaining your Google Play Developer account and any associated fees.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Project pricing is based on the agreed scope and requirements
• A deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional features or scope changes will be quoted separately

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables. We retain rights to:

• Our pre-existing code libraries and frameworks
• Development tools and methodologies
• The right to display work in our portfolio

5. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with written notice under the following conditions:

• If canceled by client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable
• If we terminate the agreement, you will only be charged for completed work
• We reserve the right to terminate if project requirements change significantly from the original scope

6. Maintenance & Support

We offer ongoing maintenance and support services:

• Regular updates to maintain compatibility with new Android versions
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• Technical support and consultation
• Additional features and enhancements (priced separately)

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
